Service terms & cancellation process

JVK Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd’s website is currently available for enquiries and controlled testing. Online ticket issuance and real payment collection are not enabled. These interim terms describe the current service; final booking terms will be supplied with your quotation.

Enquiries and quotations

A submitted enquiry, selected flight preference or accepted quotation is not a reservation, seat hold or issued ticket. Prices and availability must be rechecked. A quotation expires at the time shown and is subject to supplier fare rules, baggage conditions and any disclosed JVK service charge.

Confirmation and travel details

Only a separate written confirmation and valid supplier-issued documents establish an actual booking. Check passenger names, dates, airports, baggage, entry requirements and transit requirements before confirming. Do not enter passport numbers or payment credentials in enquiry fields.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Request a cancellation review through the portal or email our team. A request does not automatically cancel a booking. JVK will check the applicable supplier conditions, any disclosed fees and the available refund before confirming the outcome. No fixed refund amount or completion date is promised on this test platform. Simulated refunds do not move money.

Marine services

Marine fare access requires a JVK-approved marine account and an active subscription. Seafarer eligibility and airline conditions are checked separately. Subscription access does not guarantee a fare, baggage benefit, visa or confirmed travel.

Accounts and support

Protect your account credentials and tell JVK promptly about suspected misuse. Corporate access must be authorised by the organisation. JVK may suspend access while reviewing misuse or eligibility concerns.

Payment sandbox: All payment entries on this release are clearly marked simulations. They are not receipts, tax invoices or proof of a booking.
